    Located on the South end of the Great Salt Lake, here's where the Mormons trekked west in 1874. The small area population grew rapidly aided by folks heading to the California gold rush communities. Today, people revel in the area's abundant outdoor recreation pursuits including skiing, hiking, and biking. The city is enjoyed by both Mormons and non-Mormons alike and includes a variety of attractions including Temple Square, Trolley Square, Salt Lake Art Museum, Hansen Planetarium, and Utah Museum of Natural History, among many.

    On the Island of Oahu, Honolulu is home to Waikaki, Diamond Head, and thousands of tourists. In the late 1880s, guest houses were sprinklet along the beach. It was here that author Robert Louis Stevenson stayed and was among the first to praise the famous Waikaki Beach and surf area. Diamond Head is a symbol of Hawaii and is one of the most recognizable landmarks on earth. Events include: Oahu Floral Parade, Hawaiian Falsetto contest, Waikiki Shell Concerts, Cuisines of the Pacific, and numerous ethnic festivals held throughout Honolulu's diverse neighborhoods.

    Founded in 1706 by Francisco Cuervo y Valdez along the Rio Grande River, Albuquerque is now home of a million people. Economics of this part of New Mexico is driven by retail, commercial business, and industry. Residents proudly show off what remains of Route 66 in and around the community. Old Town, the historic district, is filled with gift shops, restaurants, galleries, and San Felipe de Neri Church. Albuquerque events include: International Balloon Fiesta, Fiery Food Show, Rio Grande Arts & Crafts Festival, Fiestas de Albuquerque, and numerous ethnic and cultural festivals.
